💡 What Are These Fellowships?
The ALC offers three fully funded fellowships designed to empower emerging African leaders, researchers, and peacebuilders through academic study, mentorship, and hands-on experience. All fellowships are hosted at King’s College London and include tailored mentorship and opportunities for professional placements.

- Bursaries for Global South Students in Global Leadership & Peacebuilding
✅ Who Is Eligible? (And Are Somali Students Qualified?)
Yes! Somali students are eligible. These fellowships are open to nationals from across Africa, and that includes Somalis who hold:
- Somali passports,
- Kenyan passports,
- Ethiopian passports, or
- Djiboutian passports.
If you’re a Somali national residing or studying in any of these countries — you can apply.
Eligibility Criteria:
- You must be under 35 years old
- Demonstrated commitment to peacebuilding, security, and development
- Academic and/or professional background in related fields
- For bursary tracks: Must be applying for the MSc in Global Leadership & Peacebuilding at King’s College London
